Edelweiss AMC announces change in exit load structure
Edelweiss Asset Management (AMC) has addendum to the Scheme Information Document (SID) and Key Information Memorandum (KIM) of schemes of Edelweiss Mutual Fund.
Edelweiss Mutual Fund (MF) informed about the Exit Load structure of the schemes (Edelweiss Large Cap Fund, Edelweiss Large & Mid Cap Fund, Edelweiss Mid Cap Fund, Edelweiss Smallcap Fund , Edelweiss Flexi-Cap Fund, Edelweiss Focused Equity Fund, Edelweiss Balanced Advantage Fund, Edelweiss Aggressive Hybrid Fund, Edelweiss ASEAN Equity Off-shore Fund, Edelweiss Greater China Equity Offshore Fund , Edelweiss Europe Dynamic Equity Offshore Fund, Edelweiss Emerging Markets Opportunities Equity Offshore Fund, Edelweiss US Value Equity Offshore Fund, and Edelweiss US Technology Equity Fund of Fund) of Edelweiss Mutual Fund will be revised as follows with effect from April 3, 2023. This Notice-cum-Addendum forms an integral part of SID/KIM and SAI. Further, all the other terms and conditions of the aforesaid documents read with the addenda issued from time to time will remain unchanged.
