Nifty futures closed at 17185 on a Positive note with 6.03% decrease in the open interest indicating Short Covering.
Nifty Futures closed at a premium of 33 points compared to the previous day premium of 53 points.
BankNifty closed at 40199 on Positive note with 9.57% decrease in open interest indicating Short Covering.
BankNifty Futures closed at a premium of 120 points compared to the previous day premium of 152 points.
FII's were Sellers in Index Futures to the tune of 101 and were Sellers in Index Option 13038 crores, Buyers in Stock Future 488 crores. Net Sellers in the derivative segment to the tune of 12528 crores.
