Zen Technologies zooms on acquiring 45.33% paid up share capital of Bhairav

Zen Technologies is currently trading at Rs 1293.70, up by 43.05 points or 3.44% from its previous closing of Rs 1250.65 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs 1266.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs 1309.60 and Rs 1263.35 respectively. So far 22446 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs 1 has touched a 52-week high of Rs 2627.95 on 24-Dec-2024 and a 52-week low of Rs 873.00 on 22-Mar-2024.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs 1309.60 and Rs 1205.50 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs 11618.56 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 49.05%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 17.26% and 33.69% respectively.

Zen Technologies has completed the investment and acquired 45.33% of the total paid up share capital of the Bhairav Robotics (Bhairav). In addition, Bhairav has become an associate company of Zen Technologies.

This investment establishes Zen's leadership in defence robotics & autonomous systems. The acquisition enables Zen Technologies to provide ‘Made in India’ robotics & autonomous products for the defence sector and also manufacture components like motors, drivers, sub systems for the drone & robotics industry.

Zen Technologies is a pioneer in the design, development and manufacture of world class, state-of-the-art training simulators.
