Zaggle surges on inking pact with Mastercard

Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services is currently trading at Rs 364.00, up by 9.10 points or 2.56% from its previous closing of Rs 354.90 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs 359.05 and has touched a high and low of Rs 373.40 and Rs 359.05 respectively. So far 101941 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs 1 has touched a 52-week high of Rs 597.00 on 17-Dec-2024 and a 52-week low of Rs 299.00 on 09-Apr-2025.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs 374.00 and Rs 349.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs 4886.85 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 44.20%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 17.42% and 38.38% respectively.
Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services (Zaggle) has entered into an agreement with Mastercard Asia/Pacific (Mastercard). Under this agreement, Mastercard will incentivise Zaggle to launch and promote co-branded domestic prepaid cards on the Mastercard network. The agreement came into force with effect from September 22, 2025 and shall expire on September 30, 2030.
Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services operates in a segment where it interacts and interface with its customers (i.e., businesses) and end Users (i.e., employees) and is among a small number of uniquely positioned players with a diversified offering of fintech products and services.
