Yogiji Digi files preliminary papers with SEBI for IPO
Yogiji Digi has filed preliminary papers with capital markets regulator Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) to raise funds through an Initial Public Offering (IPO). The IPO comprises a fresh issue of equity shares worth Rs 270 crore and an Offer-for-Sale (OFS) of up to 71.71 lakh equity shares by promoters and existing shareholders.
Proceeds from the fresh issue will be used to meet the company's working capital requirements, prepay or repay certain outstanding borrowings, and for general corporate purposes. Emkay Global Financial Services and Systematix Corporate Services are the book-running lead managers to the issue.
