Iris Global Services files draft papers with SEBI for IPO
Iris Global Services has filed draft papers with the market regulator Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) to raise funds through an initial public offering (IPO). The proposed IPO comprises a fresh issue of equity shares aggregating up to Rs 200 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of up to 5 crore equity shares by promoter selling shareholders.
The company plans to use the IPO proceeds to support working capital requirements and for general corporate purposes. Pantomath Capital Advisors is the sole book running lead manager to the issue.
