Vodafone Idea surges on introducing `Vi Priority` service for postpaid customers
Vodafone Idea is currently trading at Rs. 10.79, up by 0.27 points or 2.57% from its previous closing of Rs. 10.52 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 10.48 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 10.80 and Rs. 10.31 respectively. So far 29895752 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 11.55 on 11-Sep-2023 and a 52 week low of Rs. 5.70 on 31-Mar-2023.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 11.55 and Rs. 10.31 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 52184.63 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 50.36%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 36.20% and 13.44% respectively.
Vodafone Idea (Vi) has introduced a new service ‘Vi Priority’ to build a distinctive customer service experience for its high valued - Postpaid users. The launch of this new service is designed based on the learnings and insights gathered from a pilot conducted in select circles.
Vi Priority is designed to focus on customer experience and performance with a set of differentiated features to enhance value and boost customer satisfaction. Vi postpaid customers on high rental plans of Rs 699 and above and family plans of 4 and above can avail this priority service.
Further, it is also extended to senior citizens and Vi long-term customers for 10 years or more. Vi Priority service is already available in nine circles namely Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata, Gujarat, Karnataka, Kerala, Maharashtra & Goa, Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh and will shortly be available across India.
