Veefin Solutions has raised Rs 20 crore through the allotment of 2,00,000 unrated, unlisted, secured, redeemable non-convertible debentures (NCDs) having a face value of Rs 1,000 each on a private placement basis to the identified investors. The said NCDs are set to mature on August 4, 2028. The Board of the Company through resolution passed by way of circulation on August 4, 2026 has accorded its approval for allotment of the same.
