Varvee Global surges on increasing production capacity in non-denims

Varvee Global is currently trading at Rs 149.40, up by 1.90 points or 1.29% from its previous closing of Rs 147.50 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs 148.25 and has touched a high and low of Rs 149.40 and Rs 146.00 respectively. So far 432 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs 10 has touched a 52-week high of Rs 197.00 on 21-Aug-2025 and a 52-week low of Rs 113.05 on 30-Oct-2025.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs 156.30 and Rs 142.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs 376.16 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 65.63%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 1.30% and 33.07% respectively.

Varvee Global has successfully commenced and increased its production capacity by 6 lakh meters per month, taking the total installed capacity from 12 lakh meters to 18 lakh meters per month in Non-Denims -- Shirtings and Suitings Fabrics.

This capacity expansion marks a key milestone in the Company’s planned growth towards achieving production capacity of up to 50 lakh meters per month in the non-denim segment.

The expansion has been undertaken to address growing market demand while strengthening the Company’s manufacturing capabilities in value-added textile products. This development reflects Varvee Global’s commitment to operational excellence, product innovation, and long-term sustainable growth. The additional capacity has been achieved through optimisation of existing manufacturing facilities and implementation of improved production processes, enabling the Company to scale operations while maintaining stringent quality standards.
