Uno Minda rises on acquiring 19% stake in Minda Onkyo India
UNO Minda is currently trading at Rs. 1183.55, up by 10.15 points or 0.87% from its previous closing of Rs. 1173.40 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 1170.10 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1188.20 and Rs. 1168.00 respectively. So far 31616 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1381.95 on 07-Oct-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 994.00 on 16-Mar-2026.

Uno Minda has acquired 1,51,40,352 equity shares i.e., 19% equity stake in Minda Onkyo India (MOIPL) from Onkyo Sound Corporation, Japan. With this acquisition, now the stake of the company in MOIPL stand increased to 99%.
