UFO Moviez India surges after its arm joins hands with Timewaying

UFO Moviez India is currently trading at Rs 75.90, up by 1.27 points or 1.70% from its previous closing of Rs 74.63 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs 77.39 and has touched a high and low of Rs 77.39 and Rs 74.37 respectively. So far 982 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs 10 has touched a 52-week high of Rs 118.85 on 11-Dec-2024 and a 52-week low of Rs 59.11 on 09-May-2025.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs 83.47 and Rs 73.14 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs 289.01 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 22.33%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 24.88% and 52.79% respectively.

UFO Moviez India’s wholly owned subsidiary -- Scrabble Entertainment DMCC (Scrabble) and Shenzhen Timewaying Technology Co. (Timewaying), the manufacturer of the HeyLED brand of DCI-certified direct view LED cinema screen, have entered into a strategic tie-up aimed at accelerating the adoption of premium LED cinema screens across the Middle East, India and other SAARC countries (Territory). Under this partnership, Scrabble will promote, distribute, and deploy HeyLED cinema solutions in the Territory on an exclusive basis. The collaboration combines Timewaying’s advanced HDR-capable direct view LED technology with Scrabble’s strong industry relationships, market knowledge, and extensive operational capabilities within the exhibition sector.

As part of the collaboration, Timewaying and Scrabble will work closely on localized marketing initiatives, technology demonstrations, and industry outreach programs. The companies also plan to develop dedicated commercial deployment environments to enable exhibitors to experience HeyLED’s HDR capabilities first-hand.

UFO Moviez India is first one to enable cinema digitization with satellite technology in India. That also makes it the largest in-cinema advertising platform, with the power to impact on billions of viewers.
