Trishakti Industries soars on issuing Rs 105.39 crore purchase order to XCMG
Trishakti Industries is currently trading at Rs. 253.80, up by 10.75 points or 4.42% from its previous closing of Rs. 243.05 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 248.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 254.00 and Rs. 244.20 respectively. So far 2396 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'XT' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 284.90 on 27-Aug-2026 and a 52 week low of Rs. 114.90 on 25-Mar-2026.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 254.00 and Rs. 230.75 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 420.67 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 68.97%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 1.95% and 29.08% respectively.
Trishakti Industries has placed a purchase order with XCMG, a global construction machinery manufacturer, for 60 units of heavy lift and AWPs at an aggregate value of around Rs 105.39 crore. The order comprises 11 crawler cranes (ten 150-tonne units and one 250-tonne unit), ten 50- tonne truck-mounted cranes and 39 XCMG XGS-series Articulate boom lifts. The mix broadens the company's equipment portfolio across heavy-lift and work-at-height categories and is aligned with demand from its infrastructure, renewable energy, steel and industrial customers.
The Rs 105.39 crore purchase order forms part of the company’s remaining CapEx programme of around Rs 130-140 crore under its Rs 400 crore cumulative CapEx plan, representing a significant portion of the balance CapEx towards fleet expansion.
