Transrail Lighting lists with 35% premium on the BSE

Transrail Lighting has debuted at Rs 585.15 on the BSE, up by 153.15 points or 35.45% from its issue price of Rs 432.00.
The scrip is currently trading at Rs 571.80, up by 139.80 points or 32.36% from its issue price.
It has touched a high and low of Rs 604.00 and Rs 544.30 respectively. So far 10.80 lakh shares were traded on the counter.
The offering, which was open for subscription between December 19, 2024 and December 23, 2024 was subscribed 81 times. The issue price was fixed at Rs 432 per share i.e. at upper end of price band of Rs 410-432 apiece.
Transrail Lighting is an Indian engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) company. The company primarily focuses on power transmission and distribution business and integrated manufacturing facilities for lattice structures, conductors, and monopoles.
