Transformers & Rectifiers shines on securing orders worth Rs 565 crore

Transformers & Rectifiers (India) is currently trading at Rs. 670.00, up by 18.25 points or 2.80% from its previous closing of Rs. 651.75 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 641.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 676.50 and Rs. 639.20 respectively. So far 11897 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'T' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 845.70 on 13-Jun-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 142.10 on 26-Oct-2023.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 676.50 and Rs. 612.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 9781.65 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 66.16%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 14.33% and 19.51% respectively.

Transformers & Rectifiers (India) has secured orders of Rs 565 crore from Power Grid Corporation of India for Transformers and Reactors with range of 80 MVAr to 500 MVA and 420kV to 765 kV Class. The said order is to be executed by financial year 2025-2026.
