Titan Company surges on reporting 13% rise in Q4 consolidated net profit

Titan Company is currently trading at Rs. 3495.70, up by 132.25 points or 3.93 % from its previous closing of Rs. 3363.45 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 3350.05 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 3530.00 and Rs. 3350.05 respectively. So far 120440 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 3866.15 on 30-Sep-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 2947.55 on 07-Apr-2025.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 3530.00 and Rs. 3246.15 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 309766.35 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 52.90 % while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 29.99 % and 17.11 % respectively.

The company has reported 10.69% rise in its net profit at Rs 870 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 786 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. The total income of the company increased by 19.17% at Rs 13594 crore for Q4FY25 as compared Rs 11407 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

On consolidated basis, the company has reported 12.97% rise in its net profit at Rs 871 crore for fourth quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 771 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. The total income of the company increased by 18.80% at Rs 15032 crore for Q4FY25 as compared Rs 12653 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year. 

For the year ended March 31, 2025, the company has reported 5.89% fall in its net profit at Rs 3335 crore as compared to Rs 3544 crore for the previous year. However, the total income of the company increased by 16.19% at Rs 55335 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 47624 crore for year ended March 31, 2024.

For the year ended March 31, 2025, on the consolidated basis, the company has reported 4.54% fall in its net profit at Rs 3337 crore as compared to Rs 3496 crore for the previous year. However, the total income of the company increased by 18.06% at Rs 60942 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 51617 crore for year ended March 31, 2024.
