The markets are expected to open marginally lower today as trendsin GIFT Nifty indicate a negative start for the broader index afterNifty closed 257 points lower at 23,883 on Tuesday.

Azad Engineering:

The company signed a supply agreement with Arabelle Solutions France forcritical components in the nuclear power industry, valued at $40 million(~Rs.340 crore).

Awfis Space Solutions:

The company won a mandate to design, build, and manage 1.65L sq. ft.office space for NSE in BKC, expanding its footprint.

BHEL:

The company won the contract for 3x800 MW Telangana Stage-IISupercritical Thermal Power Plant from NTPC, with an LNTP received forinitiating engineering work.

Cera Sanitaryware:

The company reported Q2FY25 results with sales up +28% QoQ to Rs.508crores (+7% YoY), EBITDA up +57% QoQ to Rs.88 crores (+1% YoY), and netprofit up +45% QoQ to Rs.68 crores (+20% YoY).

EaseMyTrip:

The company secured IATA’s GoGlobal accreditation, enabling seamlessinternational expansion and enhancing its presence across multiple countries.

Godrej Industries:

The company signed a business transfer agreement to acquire the FoodEster and Emulsifier Business of Savannah Surfactants to expand its foodsegment.

Inox Wind:

The company received an 87 MW turnkey order from Continuum GreenEnergy, raising cumulative orders to ~700 MW and total orderbook to 3.4 GW.

Kalpataru Projects International:

The company raised Rs.200 crore through the allotment of 20,000 NCDs at Rs.1lakh each on a private placement basis.

L&T:

The company’s L&T Energy CarbonLite Solutions business received LNTP fromNTPC for 2x800 MW Gadarwara and 3x800 MW Nabinagar thermal plants.

Max Healthcare:

The company completed the acquisition of 36.35% equity stake in JaypeeHealthcare for Rs.227 crore, making it a wholly-owned subsidiary.

NBCC (India):

The company received work orders worth Rs.448.74 crore for projects from GAIL,New India Assurance, and the Principal Chief Commissioner of Income Tax.

Zydus Lifesciences:

The company reported Q2FY25 results with sales down -16% QoQ to Rs.5,237crores (+20% YoY), EBITDA down -30% QoQ to Rs.1,461 crores (+28% YoY),and net profit down -36% QoQ to Rs.911 crores (+14% YoY).
