The markets are expected to open marginally lower today as trends in GIFT Nifty indicate a negative start for the broader index after Nifty closed 13 points lower at 25,796 on Tuesday.

Greaves Cotton:

The company’s electric mobility arm, Greaves Electric Mobility Private Limited, has partnered with Shriram Finance to offer tailored financing schemes for its electric three-wheelers

JSW Energy:

The company's subsidiary, JSW Neo Energy Limited, has received an LoI for 1,500 MW / 12,000 MWh of pumped hydro energy storage from MSEDCL for a 40-year period.

Lloyds Engineering Works:

The company secured orders worth ?44 crores for Steel Eco-Pickling systems (?50 crores) and Marine Loading Arms (?9.3 crores).

Mankind Pharma:

The company has obtained regulatory approvals, including from CCI, for its proposed acquisition of 100% stake in Bharat Serums and Vaccines Ltd.

RITES:

The company has received a letter of award from Tsiko Africa Logistics (Pty) Limited for the supply, commissioning, and one-year onsite warranty of overhauled Cape Gauge 3100 HP diesel electric locomotives, valued at approximately $4.28 million.

RailTel Corporation of India:

The company received work orders from Bangalore Metro Rail Corporation Ltd for IT Network Infrastructure and CCTV System upgrades worth ?75.02 crores and ?67.87 crores.

Rail Vikas Nigam:

The company has emerged as the lowest bidder for the 3rd and 4th line project between Jarapada and Talcher Road and the construction of a new line between Angul-Balram, with a project cost of ?283.70 crores.

Reliance Power:

The company holds 50% in newly formed Reliance Enterprises Pvt Ltd. (BTN 1 billion), focused on clean energy in Bhutan, and partnered with Druk Holding to develop a 500 MW solar plant and 770 MW hydro project, marking the largest FDI in Bhutan’s renewable sector.

Sky Gold:

The company invested in M/s Starmangalsutra Private Limited (12,376 shares for ?14.99 crores) and M/s Sparkling Chains Private Limited (11,415 shares for ?14.99 crores) via a rights issue.

Welspun Corp:

The company has received a significant order in the USA valued at approximately ?2,400 crores for the supply of Coated HSAW Pipes for a natural gas pipeline project, with execution planned for FY25 and FY26.

Zen Technologies:

The company has signed an Annual Maintenance Contract worth ?46 crores with the Ministry of Defence for the maintenance of simulators over a five-year period.
