The markets are expected to open marginally lower today as trends in GIFT Nifty indicate a negative start for the broader index after Nifty closed 99 points higher at 25,151 on Thursday.

Annapurna Swadisht:

The company has approved acquiring 100% of Madhur Confectioners Pvt. Ltd. and investing up to ?180 crore.

Filatex Fashions:

The company has won an export order worth US$ 43.875 million (?367 crore) from Société DIMO - BTP SARL (SDBS) based in Guinea, which has a dealer network in 14 African countries.

Ganesh Benzoplast:

The company has acquired an additional 10% in GC Port Infra Pvt. Ltd., making it a subsidiary.

HFCL Ltd:

The company has delivered one of the world’s largest CUPS architecture-based Broadband Network Gateway projects for BSNL, with a nationwide deployment valued at ?390 crore, including operations and maintenance.

HUDCO:

The company has received the RBI certificate of registration as a Non-Banking Financial Company – Infrastructure Finance Company (NBFC-IFC).

Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency:

The company has approved raising up to ?4,500 crore.

Intellect Design:

The company has formed a global partnership with Wipro to transform banking technology services using the eMACH.ai platform, aiming to enhance operational efficiency and digital transformation for financial institutions.

JSW Energy:

The company’s unit has received an LOA for an additional 400 MW wind-solar hybrid power project from MSEDCL.

JSW Steel:

The company updates on acquiring up to 66.67% economic interest in M Res NSW HCC Pty, with the Illawarra metallurgical coal sale by South32 completed.

LT Foods:

The company has approved the acquisition of a 17.5% stake in Nature Bio-Foods in a deal worth ?1.1 billion.

Natco Pharma:

The company has received USFDA ANDA approval for Tabrecta®, which has recorded sales of USD 126 million.

Pyramid Technoplast:

The company is proposed to undertake a 2.25 MWdc solar PV project in Maharashtra and a 13 MWdc solar PV project in Gujarat.

The Great Eastern Shipping Company:

The company has contracted to sell its 2011-built Supramax Dry Bulk Carrier, Jag Rani, for delivery by Q3 FY25, reducing its fleet to 43 vessels, and has also contracted to sell one MR product tanker in July 2024.
