The markets are expected to open marginally higher today as trends in GIFT Nifty indicate a positive start for the broader index after Nifty closed 84 points higher at 24,936 on Monday.

Bharti Airtel:

The company launched a fixed deposits marketplace under Airtel Finance, offering up to 9.1% interest via its Thanks App.

Dixon Technologies:

The company's wholly-owned subsidiary, Padget Electronics, entered into an MoU to manufacture notebooks, desktops, and all-in-one PCs for HP.

GMR Airports Infrastructure:

The company to acquire a 10% interest in Delhi International Airport for USD 126 million, increasing its stake to 74%.

Greaves Cotton:

The company’s subsidiary, Greaves Electric Mobility, had its two-wheeler models approved under the EMPS Scheme, qualifying for India's EV demand incentives.

HG Infra Engineering:

The company got a Letter of Award from the Ministry of Road Transport & Highways worth Rs.781 crore.

IREDA:

The company inked pacts with SJVN and GMR for a 900 MW hydro project in Nepal.

JSW Infrastructure:

The company approved a capex of Rs.2,359 crore for expanding Jaigarh and Dharamtar Ports to a total of 36 MTPA, completion expected by March 2027.

Oriana Power:

The company’s subsidiary, Truere Surya Private Limited, awarded a contract to develop a 128 MW solar plant for Dalmia Cement, with DCBL acquiring a 26% stake for Rs.44.80 crore.

Premier Energies:

The company received an order from Uttar Pradesh Department of Agriculture worth ?2.15 billion.

Suzlon:

The company secured India’s largest wind energy order of 1,166 MW from NTPC Green Energy Limited, involving 370 turbines across three Gujarat sites.

Thomas Cook (India):

The company and SOTC Travel launched a 24-month partnership with Malaysia Aviation Group to offer holiday packages and boost connectivity across Asia.

Tilaknagar Industries:

The company announced a follow-on investment of Rs.13.15 crore in Spaceman Spirits Lab, increasing its stake from 10% to 20%.

Wonder Electricals:

The company invested in a 128-kilowatt solar power plant at its Hyderabad factory, marking a commitment to sustainable energy practices.
