The markets are expected to open marginally higher today as trends in GIFT Nifty indicate a positive start for the broader index after Nifty closed 42 points higher at 22,530 on Friday.

Canara Bank:

The company plans to dilute a 14.5% stake in its subsidiary Canara HSBC Life Insurance through an IPO.

REC:

The company has approved a plan to raise up to ?1.45 lakh crore through bonds and has appointed Harsh Baweja as the CFO.

Adani Ports:

The company’s subsidiary has inked a 30-year concession agreement with the Tanzania Ports Authority to operate container terminals.

NTPC:

The company has commissioned the final 33 MW segment of the 90 MW Anta Solar PV Project in Rajasthan, reaching a total capacity of 59,168 MW standalone and 76,048 MW group-wide.

Bank of India:

The bank is set to increase the MCLR by 5 basis points across various tenures, starting June 1.

PNC Infratech:

The company’s subsidiary has received a one-time settlement of ?391 crore from the NHAI.

Aurobindo Pharma:

The board has sanctioned a capital raise of ?1,000 crore via preference shares, contingent on necessary approvals, including shareholder consent.

Suzlon:

The company has secured a new order for an 81.9 MW project in the 3 MW series from Oyster Green Hybrid One Private Limited.

Indiabulls Housing:

The company has approved the allotment of NCDs valued at ?1.5 billion.

Cochin Shipyard:

The company’s subsidiary has secured an order valued between ?100 crore and ?250 crore.

Deepak Nitrite:

The company’s unit has entered into a share purchase agreement with the shareholders of Narmada Thermal Power for a deal worth ?616.5 million.

MosChip Technologies:

The company has proudly secured a contract worth ?509.37 crore from the Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (CDAC).
