The markets are expected to open marginally higher today as trends in GIFT NIFTY indicate a positive start for the broader index after Nifty closed 445 points higher at 24,188 on Thursday.

 

Balmer Lawrie:

The company announced an equity funding of ?1 crore to NapTapGo, a startup developing AI-integrated pod hotels across India.

Brigade Enterprises:

The company’s subsidiaries acquired a 51% stake in Ananthay Properties Private Limited for ?1.94 crores to develop real estate projects.

Dollar Industries:

The company approved raising ?350 crores via QIP or other modes, subject to shareholder and regulatory approvals, with MFC handling specifics.

Divi’s Laboratories:

The company commenced partial operations of Phase I at its Unit III greenfield project in Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh, investing ?1,200-1,500 crores.

Force Motors:

The company reported record Q3 FY25 performance with manganese ore production at 4.6 lakh tonnes and sales at 3.88 lakh tonnes (+13% YoY).

RITES:

The company’s subsidiary REMC signed an MoU with IRFC to collaborate on financing power projects, including renewable energy for Indian Railways.

Varun Beverages:

The company invested ?412.80 crores in its South African subsidiary, The Beverage Company Proprietary Limited, by subscribing to ordinary shares.

Vishnu Prakash R Punglia:

The company was selected as the lowest bidder for a ?43.31 crore EPC project in Rajasthan by MoRTH, Jaipur Regional Office.
