The markets are expected to open marginally higher today as trends in GIFT NIFTY indicate a positive start for the broader index after Nifty closed 95 points lower at 23,431 on Friday.

AFCOM Holdings:

The company signed a long-term contract with Etihad for operating scheduled cargo flights between Chennai and Male.

Avenue Supermarts:

The company reported Q3 results with revenue up +17.6% YoY to ?15,973 crore, net profit up +4.9% YoY to ?724 crore, and EBITDA margin at 7.6%.

BHEL:

The company signed an MoU with ONGC to explore joint projects in New & Renewable Energy, including fuel cells, electrolysers, and battery energy storage.

Ceinsys Tech:

The company secured a ?381.18 crore contract for Wainganga-Nal Ganga River-Linking Project covering survey, hydrology studies, and DPR preparation.

Godrej Properties:

The company acquired ~24 acres in Indore with an estimated saleable area of ~6.20 lakh sq. ft. and revenue potential of ?500 crore.

Gujarat Fluorochemicals:

The company’s subsidiary GFCL EV Products incorporated a 100%-owned unit in Singapore, GFCL EV Products Pte. Ltd., with an initial $1,000 investment.

Insolation Energy:

The company’s subsidiary Insolation Green Energy received 1.82 lakh sq. m. land in Madhya Pradesh to expand solar manufacturing capacity.

Interarch Building Products:

The company secured ?221 crore orders from Tata Projects for facilities in the semiconductor and lithium-ion battery sector in Assam and Gujarat.

Mangalore Refinery & Petrochemicals:

The company launched a new product, Toluene, with 40 TMT capacity, targeting $3 million annual import savings.

Nibe:

The company received "Mega Project" status for its ?800 crore manufacturing unit in MIDC Shirdi, benefiting from various subsidies and incentives.

Shilpa Medicare:

The company received Portugal’s Marketing Authorization for Tadalafil Orodispersible Films (20 mg), becoming the world’s first to receive approval for this formulation.

SpiceJet:

The company plans to unground 10 aircraft, including 4 Boeing 737 MAX planes, by mid-April 2025, to expand fleet and network.

Syrma SGS Technology:

The company partnered with MSI to assemble laptops at its Chennai facility, boosting MSI’s 'Make in India' initiative and local manufacturing.
