Market News:
* Titagarh Rail Systems will issue 21 crore convertible warrants at Rs.947 each to its promoter group on a preferential basis, raising Rs.200 crore with 25% upfront payment.

The momentum indicator MACD has shown a bearish crossover, leading to the formation of a sizable bearish candlestick on the daily chart — signaling caution for the near term. On the sectoral front, Consumer Durables was the only gainer, while CPSE and Defense sectors emerged as the major underperformers of the day.

The Nifty has its crucial resistance 25800 (Multiple Touches) and 25900 (Key Resistance). While support on the downside is placed at 25500 (Pivot Level) and 25400 (Key Support).
