The markets are expected to open marginally lower today as trends in GIFT Nifty indicate a negative start for the broader index after Nifty closed 147 points higher at 23,868 on Wednesday.

 

Inox Green Energy:

The company plans to raise funds aggregating up to Rs.1,050 crore by way of a preferential issue.

SBI:

The bank raised Rs.10,000 crore today at a coupon rate of 7.36% through its fifth infrastructure bond issuance.

20 Microns:

The company plans to make an investment of Rs.212.8 million in its unit 20 Microns SDN BHD, Malaysia.

ITD Cementation:

The company secures a new marine contract worth Rs.1,080 crore.

PI Industries:

The company announces the acquisition of Plant Health Care PLC through PI Industries Management Consultancies at a cost of £32.78 million.

Rail Vikas Nigam:

The company received a letter of acceptance from Southern Railway. The joint venture received an LOA for a project worth Rs.1.56 billion.

Reliance Industries:

Reliance Jio bought airwaves worth Rs.9.74 billion at the telecom spectrum auction, according to the Indian government.

Supreme Industries:

The company received a letter of acceptance from Indian Oil Corporation. The total supply is expected to be valued at about Rs.550 million.

JSW Energy:

The company signs PPAs for 1,325 MW of renewable energy projects.

MIC Electronics:

The company raises Rs.90 crore via QIP and allots 1.95 crore shares at Rs.46 per equity share.
