Texmaco Rail gains on executing MoU with The Signalling Company NV
Texmaco Rail & Engineering is currently trading at Rs. 108.00, up by 0.60 points or 0.56% from its previous closing of Rs. 107.40 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 108.75 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 109.60 and Rs. 107.80 respectively. So far 42443 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 152.90 on 19-Sep-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 78.15 on 30-Mar-2026.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 110.25 and Rs. 106.95 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 4394.14 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 48.34%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 10.12% and 41.54% respectively.
Texmaco Rail & Engineering has executed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with The Signalling Company NV, Belgium (TSC) to establish a strategic collaboration regarding ETCS solution including but not limited to the purpose of the contemplated Kavach development for the Indian market.
The parties have agreed to negotiate in good faith the terms of a definitive agreement, which shall be subject to mutual negotiations and the requisite approvals of the respective managements.
