TD Power Systems is currently trading at Rs. 1547.00, up by 61.15 points or 4.12% from its previous closing of Rs. 1485.85 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 1465.70 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1,570.60 and Rs. 1465.70 respectively. So far 117942 shares were traded on the counter.

TD Power Systems (TDPS) has entered into a Build-to-Print Manufacturing Framework Agreement with Siemens Energy, Inc. (Siemens Energy), pursuant to which TDPS will manufacture and supply 2-pole Generators in accordance with Siemens Energy's designs, drawings and specifications.

This Framework Agreement represents a significant long-term manufacturing partnership for TDPS. The key benefits expected are: (i) a committed 10-year manufacturing program providing long-term revenue visibility and business stability; (ii) enhanced presence in the global energy market through association with a leading global energy technology company; (iii) enhancing TDPS's manufacturing capacity and technical capabilities; (iv) opportunities to strengthen TDPS's build-to-print manufacturing expertise in high-specification generator technology; and (v) expected contribution to TDPS's revenue and profitability over the term of the agreement through Purchase Orders to be issued by Siemens Energy from time to time.
