The markets are expected to open marginally lower today as trends in GIFT NIFTY indicate a negative start for the broader index after NIFTY closed 37 points higher at 22,497 on Tuesday.

Adani Green Energy:

The company’s stepdown subsidiary Adani Solar Energy Ap Eight commissioned a 250 MW solar power project in Kadapa, Andhra Pradesh, raising AGEL’s operational capacity to 12,591.1 MW.

Bharti Airtel:

The company signed an agreement with SpaceX to offer Starlink’s high-speed internet in India, subject to regulatory approvals.

CG Power:

The company secured a ?400-450 crore order from Kinet Railway Solutions for railway products under a long-term supply and 35-year service agreement.

Hexaware Technologies:

The company inaugurated its global business headquarters at 185 Hudson Street, Jersey City, strengthening its North American presence and digital transformation initiatives.

Hindustan Zinc:

The company signed a PDA with Serentica Renewables, increasing round-the-clock renewable power to 530 MW, covering 70% of its energy needs.

Intellect Design Arena:

The company’s Insurtech arm, IntellectAI, partnered with Across America Insurance Services to enhance underwriting accuracy using AI-powered loss run extraction solutions.

Supreme Industries:

The company will acquire Orbia Wavin’s India pipes and fittings business, gaining exclusive access to its water management technologies in India and SAARC nations.

TCS:

The company will acquire Darshita Southern India Happy Homes for ?2,250 crore to establish a delivery center, with a call option after two years.

Waaree Renewable Technologies:

The company’s consortium secured a ?740.06 crore EPC and O&M order for a 125 MWAC (181.3 MWp DC) solar project from a domestic entity.

Zydus Lifesciences:

The company approved acquiring an 85.6% stake in France’s Amplitude Surgical for €256.8 million, with plans for a full takeover and delisting.
