Azad Engineering

The company signed an agreement with Nuovo Pignone Sr to supply high-complex and critical components for five years.

HFCL

The company received a ?173.72 crore purchase order to supply indigenously manufactured 5G telecom networking equipment to a leading domestic telecom operator, with execution by Sept 2025.

Inox Green Energy Services

The company signed agreements to provide O&M services for 285 MWp of solar projects across multiple sites, growing its solar O&M portfolio to ~1,000 MWp within a month.

Lloyds Metals and Energy

The company signed two captive solar PPAs with HR Godavari for 86.05 MWp capacity and will acquire at least 26% equity in HR Godavari for power sourcing via the group captive route.

Page Industries

The company commenced commercial operations at its new 6.5 lakh sq. ft. facility in Ramdaspur, Odisha.

Rail Vikas Nigam

The company emerged as L1 bidder for a ?178.65 crore signalling and telecom work order from IRCON, to be executed in 11 months.

Reliance Power

The company signed a commercial term sheet for a long-term PPA with Green Digital owned by DHI, to develop a 500 MW solar project in Bhutan via a 50:50 JV with a capital outlay up to ?2,000 crores.

Shyam Metalics

The company entered the wagon manufacturing segment via its subsidiary Ramsarup Industries, setting up a greenfield facility in WB, with a Phase I capacity of 2,400 wagons/year by March 2026 and a total capacity of 4,800 wagons/year after Phase II.

Time Technoplast

The company’s subsidiary Elan Incorporated FZE incorporated Elan Steel Containers (FZC) in UAE’s SAIF Zone to manufacture steel drums.

Varun Beverages

The company approved acquiring 50% stake in Sri Lanka-based Everest Industrial Lanka for $3.75 million (?320.88 million) in cash to internalize visi-cooler sourcing.

Waaree Energies

The company approved acquiring Kamath Transformers for ~?293 crores, which manufactures transformers.
