The markets are expected to open marginally higher today as trends in GIFT NIFTY indicate a positive start for the broader index after NIFTY closed 74 points lower at 24,426 on Friday.

Adani Power

The company received LoA from BSPGCL for 25-year electricity supply from a 2,400 MW greenfield ultra-supercritical thermal plant in Bihar.

BEML

The company secured an order worth over Rs.80 crore from Indian Railways for supplying Utility Track Vehicles in the normal course of business.

Bharat Heavy Electricals

The company signed a technology transfer agreement with DMRL to manufacture fused silica radar domes for India’s missile programs, enhancing defence self-reliance.

BLS International Services

The company’s subsidiary BLS International FZE subscribed 100% share capital of BLS Consular Services in Ireland, making it a wholly owned step-down subsidiary.

NCC

The company secured two water division orders worth Rs.788.34 crore from state government agencies as part of its regular business operations.

Neogen Chemicals

The company’s subsidiary Neogen Ionics signed a JV with Morita Investment to manufacture solid LiPF6 salts for lithium-ion batteries in Gujarat.

PG Electroplast

The company’s subsidiary signed an MoU with Maharashtra government to invest Rs.1000 crore for a consumer electronics manufacturing facility in Kamargaon.

RITES

The company secured a Rs.25.30 crore order from NTPC for a biennial MGR mega contract covering S&T, track maintenance, operations, and DU handling.

Samvardhana Motherson International

The company will acquire 20% in YMAT for Rs.6.54 crore, raise MTSL stake to 100%, and buy 81% in Yutaka Giken, 11% in Shinnichi, and 100% in Yutaka India for JPY 27 billion (~$184 million).

Torrent Power

The company will invest Rs.22,000 crore to build a 1,600 MW ultra-supercritical coal-based power plant in Madhya Pradesh under a 25-year PPA.
