The company signed a 25-year PPA with SECI for its 200 MW solar plus 100 MW/400 MWh ESS project, taking total PPA-signed capacity to 5,380 MW.

The company invested Rs.10 crore in its subsidiary GSSBL via subscription to 1,000 NOCPS, taking total investment to Rs.105 crore, to support expansion plans and working capital needs.

The company secured an order worth Rs.389.97 crore from Gujarat Energy Transmission Corporation for 53 transformers to support upcoming deliveries.
