Start-up Crib that provides tech solutions to hostels, Co-living and PG operators; acquires more than 1,000 clients since inception
Startup Crib, specializing in technological solutions for co-living, hostels, Paying Guest (PG), and serviced apartments operators, recently reported surpassing 1,000 clients within its 15 months of operation.
These clients utilize Crib's app and software for effective property and tenant management. Co-founded in 2022 by Sunny Garg, Shaifali Jain, and Archit Chauhan, Crib caters to both traditional hostels and contemporary co-living setups. The technology it offers aids operators in the efficient handling of their properties.
Crib's app serves prospective tenants in finding suitable rental options and assists existing tenants in rent payments, issue reporting, and other operational matters.
Sunny Garg, CEO of Crib, stated, "In the last 15 months, we have acquired more than 1,000 clients with an aggregate capacity of over 1.5 lakh beds across major cities."
Crib's application is currently in use at more than 2,000 properties on a subscription-based model.
Garg added, "Our journey began with a vision to simplify and enhance the rental housing experience for both landlords and tenants. Today, we are proud to have surpassed 1.5 lakh beds under management, a testament to our commitment to innovation and customer-centric solutions. We hope to close this financial year with an Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) of approximately Rs 6.5 crore from our SaaS offerings."
Crib's user-friendly interface streamlines property management, facilitating meaningful connections between landlords and tenants through its software and app. The firm provides landlords and tenants with an effective platform to manage various rental properties, including student housing, co-living spaces, paying guest accommodations, and managed service apartments.

Till now Crib has secured over USD 2.2 million in funding across two successful rounds, underscoring its potential and industry recognition.
