Signatureglobal (India) has reported a 27% decline in Pre-sales to Rs 2020 crore in the third quarter of this fiscal (Q3FY26) as compared to Rs 2770 crore in Q3FY25. The company sold 408 homes in October-December 2025 compared to 1518 units in the year-ago period. In terms of area, pre-sales dipped 42% to 1.44 million sq ft. Its collections stood at Rs 1230 crore in Q3FY26 as compared to Rs 1080 crore in Q3FY25, i.e. up by 14%. The company’s net debt stood at Rs 1020 crore in Q3FY26.
