Sharika Enterprises moves higher on securing work contract worth Rs 5.74 crore

Sharika Enterprises is currently trading at Rs. 23.70, up by 1.00 points or 4.41% from its previous closing of Rs. 22.70 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 23.79 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 23.83 and Rs. 23.30 respectively. So far 154684 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'T' stock of face value Rs. 5 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 32.48 on 25-Jul-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 8.39 on 27-Mar-2024.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 23.83 and Rs. 19.16 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 103.18 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 55.16%, while Non-Institutions held 44.84% in the company. 

Sharika Enterprises has received work contract from POWERGRID Energy Services, a wholly owned subsidiary of Power Grid Corporation of India, for supply & installation of Rooftop Solar System on Govt. buildings in Ladakh/Rajasthan and on POWERGRID Energy Services’ building in Northern Region (NR) under PM Surya Ghar-Mufti Bijli Yojna for a consideration of Rs 5.74 crore. The order is to be executed within 6 months.

Sharika Enterprises operate in the infrastructure sphere in India focusing on the power sector and work with international and Indian power equipment manufacturers and involved in project management/EPC contractors.
