Sera Investments touches the roof on incorporating wholly owned subsidiary in Gujarat
Sera Investments is locked its upper circuit limit at Rs. 30.67, up by 1.46 points or 5.00% from its previous closing of Rs. 29.21 on the BSE.

The wholly owned subsidiary is incorporated in the state of Gujarat vide Certificate of Incorporation granted by Central Registration Centre, Ministry of Corporate Affairs. The said WOS has been incorporated to act as Investment Manager and Sponsor to Alternative Investment Fund (AIF).
