On CII 19th Corporate Governance Summit, SEBI chief Tuhin Kanta Pandey says, "... It is also the responsibility of management to ensure the proper governance, insights, and information flow within the organisation. This includes not just compliance but also risk management and financial oversight. In addition to managing these aspects, they must also take accountability.
