Samvardhana Motherson gains on completing acquisition of additional 20% stake in YMAT

Samvardhana Motherson International is currently trading at Rs 103.85, up by 0.30 points or 0.29% from its previous closing of Rs 103.55 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs 103.35 and has touched a high and low of Rs 104.75 and Rs 102.80 respectively. So far 376442 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs 1 has touched a 52-week high of Rs 143.87 on 14-Oct-2024 and a 52-week low of Rs 71.57 on 07-Apr-2025.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs 107.50 and Rs 101.05 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs 109818.98 crore.

Samvardhana Motherson International (SAMIL) has completed acquisition of additional 20% stake of Youngshin Motherson Auto Tech (YMAT) from Youngshin Components Co., South Korea on October 09, 2025. Post completion of the transaction, YMAT has become wholly owned subsidiary of the company.
