Sammaan Capital gains on raising Rs 300 crore through NCDs
Sammaan Capital is currently trading at Rs. 141.85, up by 0.65 points or 0.46% from its previous closing of Rs. 141.20 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 140.30 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 143.40 and Rs. 139.00 respectively. So far 288955 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 192.90 on 03-Nov-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 97.80 on 07-Apr-2025.

Sammaan Capital has raised Rs 300 crore through the allotment of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) on a private placement basis. The company has allotted 20,000 secured, rated, listed, redeemable, non-convertible debenture (Series I NCDs) of the face value of Rs 1,00,000 each aggregating to Rs 200 crore. It has also allotted 10,000 secured, rated, listed, redeemable, non-convertible debenture (Series II NCDs) of the face value of Rs 1,00,000 each aggregating to Rs 100 crore. The said NCDs are proposed to be listed on NSE and BSE. Tenor of the instrument is 5 years.
