Saboo Sodium Chloro is currently trading at Rs. 12.65, up by 0.03 points or 0.24% from its previous closing of Rs. 12.62 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 12.87 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 12.93 and Rs. 12.30 respectively. So far 3332 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'X' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 21.48 on 24-Apr-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 11.64 on 19-Mar-2026.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 13.48 and Rs. 11.64 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 54.06 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 47.47%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 0.08% and 52.45% respectively.

Saboo Sodium Chloro (SSCL) has secured the Forest No Objection Certificate (NOC) for its proposed 120-room luxury 5-star resort project in Jawai, Rajasthan, marking a major step in the development of the project. The project is being developed on around 40,000 square meters of land acquired by the Company in Jawai, one of India’s leading wildlife tourism destinations, renowned for its unique leopard habitat and conservation landscape. The land parcel is situated adjacent to Aaramgah Jawai Resort & Spa, a member of Radisson Individuals Retreats.

With the Forest NOC now in place, the project has entered an advanced pre-construction stage. The architectural drawings have already been submitted to the company, and the company is currently in the final stages of tendering the civil contract. The company presently expects to start construction within the next two months, subject to further regulatory approvals and final conversion orders.
