RVNL soars as its JV emerges as L1 for project worth Rs 173.99 crore
Rail Vikas Nigam is currently trading at Rs. 269.25, up by 7.70 points or 2.94% from its previous closing of Rs. 261.55 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 264.35 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 271.85 and Rs. 263.80 respectively. So far 147194 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 345.60 on 23-Jan-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 56.15 on 01-Mar-2023.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 281.45 and Rs. 253.35 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 54533.70 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 72.84%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 8.67% and 18.49% respectively.
Rail Vikas Nigam’s (RVNL) joint venture (JV) -- RVNL-SALASAR JV has been emerged as the Lowest Bidder (L1) from Madhya Pradesh Power Transmission Company for ‘Construction of 132 KV & 220 KV Transmission Lines and associated Feeder Bays on total Turnkey basis in Eastern MP’. The project cost is Rs 173.99 crore (including GST). The said project is expected to be completed in 18 months.
