In an effort to promote electoral participation among the youth, a thrilling rafting event was organised in Chenab River at Thathri town of J&K’s Doda. The river rafting, organised by District Election Authority Doda, was held under the Systematic Voters Education and Electoral Participation (SVEEP) programme. 
Dozens of young men and women enthusiastically participated in the event, demonstrating their interest towards the electoral process. The event provided a unique platform for them to not only enjoy the adventure of rafting but also to learn about their rights and responsibilities as voters. 
Organisers expressed satisfaction with the turnout and engagement of the participants, highlighting the success of the event in capturing the attention of the youth and motivating them to actively participate in the upcoming elections.
