Ritesh International soars on getting board’s nod for 50% capacity expansion at Punjab facility

Ritesh International is currently trading at Rs. 81.00, up by 3.39 points or 4.37% from its previous closing of Rs. 77.61 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 81.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 81.00 and Rs. 80.90 respectively. So far 615 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'XT' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 87.98 on 27-Jul-2026 and a 52 week low of Rs. 25.27 on 28-Aug-2025.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 81.00 and Rs. 71.76 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 75.92 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 48.03%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 0.06% and 51.91% respectively.

Ritesh International has received board’s approval for a 50% capacity expansion at its existing facility in Ahmedgarh, Punjab, to meet growing product demand. The project involves an estimated total capital expenditure of Rs 7 crore, which will be financed through a balanced mix of long-term bank loans of about Rs 1.00 crore and balance of about Rs 6.00 crore from internal accruals.

The expansion project is scheduled to be completed within period of around 8 months, with commercial production targeted for Q1 FY27-28.
