Reliance Polyesters President praises collaboration with HUMAN at Lakme fashion week

Hemant D Sharma, President of Polyester at Reliance Industries Ltd, discussed the collaboration between Reliance and HUMAN in an interview with ANI. He highlighted that both companies share a common goal of promoting sustainability and expressed satisfaction with how the partnership with HUMAN has developed. He further praised HUMAN for their unique and innovative ideas, stating that the collaboration has become a significant one, conveying important messages. “For this show at Lakme Fashion Week, we have collaborated with HUMAN and we share the same goal of promoting sustainability. We are pretty happy with the way things have come up and HUMAN has been able to bring very niche, innovative design capabilities to the table for this collaboration...Together the collection has become a very profound collection, which gives a lot of message with this style...We at Reliance are very committed to sustainability. We focus a lot on research and development, technology and process know-how to produce innovative products. We recycle close to 2.5 billion bottles on an annual basis to cater to the sustainability segment. We are growing in this segment. We have our continued commitment. The number of bottles we will recycle next year will be close to 5 billion”, said Hemant D Sharma, President - Polyester, Reliance Industries.
