Reliance Infrastructure rises as its arm incorporates wholly owned subsidiary
Reliance Infrastructure is currently trading at Rs. 297.00, up by 2.20 points or 0.75% from its previous closing of Rs. 294.80 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 291.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 305.00 and Rs. 291.00 respectively. So far 78701 shares were traded on the counter.

Reliance Infrastructure’s wholly owned subsidiary -- Reliance Velocity (RVL) has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary namely ‘Reliance EV Go’. The main objective of new subsidiary is to manufacture, buy, sell, exchange, deal etc. in electronic vehicles or otherwise of every description and components for transport and conveyance using any nature of fuel and dealing in batteries of all kind for furtherance of aforesaid mentioned object. The subsidiary is newly incorporated company which is yet to commence its business operations.
