RBL Bank falls despite reporting 18% growth in gross advances in Q1FY25

RBL Bank’s gross advances stood at Rs 88,455 crore (provisional) as of June 30, 2024 (Q1FY25), posting an 18% rise in year-on-year (YoY) terms against Rs 74,761 crore as of June 30, 2023. Total deposits grew 18% to Rs 101,351 crore (provisional) as of June 30, 2024, as compared to Rs 85,636 crore as of June 30, 2023.
CASA stood at Rs 32,996 crore (provisional) as of June 30, 2024, posting a 3% rise in year-on-year terms against Rs 31,927 crore as of June 30, 2023. CASA Ratio stood at 32.6% as of June 30, 2024 versus 37.3% as of June 30, 2023. The Liquidity Coverage Ratio (LCR) stood at 137% as of June 30, 2024 versus 129% as of June 30, 2023.
