Raminfo touches roof on bagging order worth Rs 474 crore

Ram Info is currently trading at upper limit of Rs. 111.19, up by 18.53 points or 20.00% from its previous closing of Rs. 92.66 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 111.19 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 111.19 and Rs. 111.19 respectively. So far 39962 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'X' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 142.90 on 28-Aug-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 62.00 on 18-Feb-2025.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 111.19 and Rs. 72.06 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 83.86 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 33.98%, while Non-Institutions held 66.01% stake in the company.

Raminfo secured an order valued at Rs 474 crore from Rajasthan Renewable Energy Corporation (RRECL). To execute this project, the company has formed a special purpose vehicle (SPV) -- Raminfo Green Energy, in which the company holds a 51% stake. The SPV was incorporated on May 5, 2025, specifically for this venture. With this initiative, the company has forayed into smart energy.

The scope of this order includes the Design, Supply, Erection, Testing, and Commissioning of Rooftop Solar (RTS) Photovoltaic Power Projects under the Hybrid Annuity Mode (HAM), with a total capacity of 73 MW. These installations will be carried out on buildings owned by the State Government and its undertakings across Rajasthan. The project also includes Comprehensive Operation & Maintenance (O&M) for a period of 25 years.
