Rakshabandhan Technical Pick 2025 by Choice Broking

On the weekly chart, after a strong rally, the stock has entered a phase of broad consolidation, forming a wide trading range. Recently, it has taken support near the 100-EMA on the weekly timeframe and has surpassed above its 20 and 50 EMA indicating a potential resumption of the uptrend

The stock has formed a strong bullish candle, accompanied by consistent trading volumes, reinforcing buying interest at lower levels. A sustained move above the #3500 mark could trigger fresh upside momentum in the stock. In such a scenario. the stock has the potential to move towards the #3850-4000 range in the medium term.

The RSI is placed at 50.37, showing signs of reversal and trending upwards, indicating improving strength in the ongoing move. In addition, the Stochastic indicator is consolidating near the oversold zone with a positive crossover, which supports a positive bias going forward.

So based on the above technical structure, we recommend a buy position in the stock for the medium to long term. On the downside, one can consider adding around 3400, while major support lies at 3275. A breach of this level may temporarily weaken the positive trend, so it's better to be careful.
