Radico Khaitan Limited, one of the largest spirits companies in India (referred to as “Radico Khaitan” or the “Company”), announces its results for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025.
Q2 FY2026 Performance Summary
* Total IMFL volume* of 9.34 Million Cases (+37.8%)
* Prestige & Above brands volume of 3.89 Million Cases (+21.7%); Prestige & Above brands contribution to the IMFL volumes of 43.6% (vs. 53.2%)
* Prestige & Above brands net sales of Rs. 718.4 Cr (+24.3%); Prestige & Above brands contribution to the Total IMFL sales value of 68.6% (vs. 75.7%)
* Revenue from Operations (Net) of Rs. 1,493.9 Cr (+33.8%)
* Gross Profit of Rs. 652.0 Cr (+33.9%) at 43.6% margin
* EBITDA of Rs. 236.1 Cr (+45.4%) at 15.8% margin (compared to 14.5% in Q2 FY25)
* Total Comprehensive Income of Rs. 137.8 Cr (+68.9%)
Half Year FY2026 Performance Summary
* Total IMFL volume* of 19.07 Million Cases (+37.7%)
* Prestige & Above brands volume of 7.73 Million Cases (+30.5%); Prestige & Above brands contribution to the IMFL volumes of 42.5% (vs. 48.2%)
* Prestige & Above brands net sales of Rs. 1,431.7 Cr (+32.9%); Prestige & Above brands contribution to the Total IMFL sales value of 67.6% (vs. 71.4%)
* Revenue from Operations (Net) of Rs. 3,000.0 Cr (+33.2%)
* Gross Profit of Rs. 1,299.7 Cr (+36.3%) at 43.3% margin
* EBITDA of Rs. 466.8 Cr (+50.3%) at 15.6% margin (compared to 13.8% in H1 FY25)
* Total Comprehensive Income of Rs. 270.1 Cr (+71.6%)
