“Comex Gold snapped its two-day winning streak in the last session. Prices ended lower by close to 200 points as investors booked profit ahead of Trump's inauguration speech, which may keep bullion prices volatile this week. Additionally, the ceasefire deal between Israel and Hamas reduced its safe-haven appeal. However, the overall price structure looks positive as it is trading above the 50 and 100 EMA on the daily chart. A breakout above the Rs 79,200 level may push prices higher towards the Rs 80,000 level in the near term”.
