Puravankara trades jubilantly on acquiring 53.5-acre land parcel in Bengaluru
Puravankara is currently trading at Rs. 270.90, up by 30.35 points or 12.62% from its previous closing of Rs. 240.55 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 248.90 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 272.00 and Rs. 248.00 respectively. So far 111964 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 5 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 418.00 on 24-Dec-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 205.05 on 09-May-2025.

The newly acquired land parcel at Attibele Hobli, Anekal Taluk is strategically located and has a saleable area of 6.4 msft, with a potential gross development value of over Rs 4,800 crore.
