Puravankara gains on logging 18% rise in sales value during Q2FY25

Puravankara is currently trading at Rs. 395.85, up by 1.70 points or 0.43% from its previous closing of Rs. 394.15 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 401.60 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 402.00 and Rs. 385.65 respectively. So far 11224 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 5 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 565.00 on 03-Jul-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 127.10 on 26-Oct-2023.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 402.00 and Rs. 350.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 9401.80 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 75.00%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 17.95% and 7.05% respectively.

Puravankara has recorded sales of Rs 1,331 crore for Q2FY25 vs Rs 1,128 crore in Q1FY25, up by 18%. The company also achieved a sale value of Rs 2,459 crore in H1FY25.

Customer collections reached Rs 1,033 crore in Q2FY25 compared to Rs 879 crore in Q2FY24, up by 18% y-o-y. For H1FY25, customer collections increased to Rs 1,998 crore, up by 27% compared to Rs 1,575 crore for H1FY24.
